Booking Terms 

Booking Process 

• All bookings must be made through the official website at www.khwela4x4.com or via email. 

• Availability of tours and training is subject to confirmation by Khwela 4×4 Adventures & Dynamic Driving. 

• Payments are to be made on this website using credit or debit card for all 4×4 adventures and driver training services. 

• Confirmation of booking will be sent once the deposit or full payment has been received. 

• Any additional requirements, such as vehicle specifications for self-driven tours, will be communicated beforehand. 

Cancellation Policy 

Self-driven Guided Overland Trips and 4×4 Driver Training 

• Cancellations must be made in writing via email or through the contact form on the website. 

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled start date will receive a full refund. 

• Cancellations made less than 30 days before the scheduled start date will not be eligible for a refund, but the booking can be rescheduled for a later date, subject to availability. 

• Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 14 days. 

Dynamic Driving Techniques Training 

• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled start date will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. 

• Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 14 days. 

Liability 

Participant Responsibility 

• Participants are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their vehicles during the tour. 

• Khwela 4×4 Adventures & Dynamic Driving will not be held liable for any damage, injury, or loss incurred during the tour, whether directly or indirectly caused by other participants, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances. 

• Participants are required to adhere to all safety regulations and instructions provided by the tour guides and facilitators. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the tour without a refund. 

 Acknowledgement of Risks 

• By participating in our tours, participants acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with off-road driving and agree to hold Khwela 4×4 Adventures & Dynamic Driving harmless against any claims, demands, or liabilities arising from their participation. 

Legal Jurisdiction 

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts. 

Modifications 

Khwela 4×4 Adventures & Dynamic Driving reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of the website and services after any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
