Description

We make use of De Wildt 4×4 Trail near Brits – cost of entry is for the participant’s account, currently R400 per vehicle (2026 rate).
Participants must have their own 4×4 vehicle for training.

Course length: +- 3 – 4hours

• Theoretical lecture of approximately 1 hour that covers the basics of a 4×4 vehicle, suspension, differential, traction aids, transfer case purpose and workings, tyres, vehicle dynamics, sand driving, mud driving, water crossings, convoy driving and procedures.
• We do training on ALL brands of 4×4’s – more than 25 years of experience.
• Practical hands-on driving, starting off moderately and progressing to more technical driving.
