This adventure attempts to showcase the absolute best that Botswana has to offer. As one could imagine, this is by no means an easy task! Botswana has so much to offer in terms of bio-diversity, from the sprawling Kalahari Savanah to the almost tropical Okavango Delta with it’s amazing wild life and water in abundance. This journey will take you to some of the breath taking spots in Botswana and leave a lasting impression!
Day 1: Our journey starts at Khama Rhino Sanctuary, near the town of Serowe. It is the the safe haven of rhino in Botswana and their breeding program, protected by the Botswana Defense Force.
Day 2: After breakfast, we make our way to well-known Makgadigadi Pans via remote cutlines and tracks, for a night of wild camping on a remote island under the stars and experience the stars like you have never seen them before.
Day 3: After refueling in Nata, we head toward Gweta where we camp with basic amenities. This will be our base for the next two nights.
Day 4: Today is our day trip to Nxai Pan National Park, this will be a long day but extremely fulfilling. We might encounter the resident lions and also expect plenty of elephant around. We will visit the well documented Baines Baobabs as well.
Day 5: We spend one night in Maun in order to refuel and restock supplies. For those that wish, we can assist to arrange a flight over the Delta, but it is for your own account.
Day 6: Time to head to the Khwai River Concession area for two nights again of wild camping at an exclusive camp site set on the banks of the river. As the campsite is unfenced, you can expect all kinds of visitors in the form of elephants and cats as well as other predators!
Day 7: We spend the day exploring the Kwai Consession Area and if you want to, we can visit Moremi via North Gate to make our way to the boat station for one of the best boat cruises you can do. Park entrance will be for your own account.
Day 8: After two nights of wilderness, we depart through Savuti to our overnight stop near the village of Katchikau. This campsite offers you views over the spread-out Chobe River flood plains with the opportunity of wildlife at their waterhole. This is a long hard drive but so worth it with plenty of wildlife along the way.
Day 9: Our base for the next two nights, is Thebe River Safaris. They have great facilities as well as a superb onsite restaurant that serves some of the best pizzas!
Day 10: An early morning game drive awaits you in Chobe National Park with Thebe River Safaris game viewers. The afternoon we enjoy a relaxing sundowner boat cruise on the Chobe River. This is always a highlight of any Botswana adventure and one you won’t forget in a hurry.
Day 11: Our final day is one filled with adventure! We get to drive the infamous Hunters Road, the track that runs all along the Botswana/Zimbabwe border. Brace yourself for great game viewing and extremely challenging sand driving! Our last night is spent at the beautiful Elephant Sands known for its visits by the elephant at the waterhole.

Price is based on two people per vehicle sharing. Single travel will attract a 30% surcharge. You need to fully self-sufficient for this adventure. Some of the places we will be camping, do have restaurant facilities should you want to make use of them.
