Description

This 5 night 6 day Lesotho adventure will leave you begging for more!!  Our first night we spend at Goxhill Trout farm.  After an early breakfast we head out to Sani Pass, get the border crossing formalities behind us, and drive The Dragon. We will stop at the highest pub in Africa for a quick refreshment before heading to our wild campsite in the valley near Letseng Diamond Mine. This is a proper 4×4 route that will challenge your 4×4 driving skills.
We then head for HaLejone at the top of Katse Dam via the challenging Kao Mine road to our overnight destination of Motebong Lodge, we overnight in the old staff houses that were used during construction of Katse Dam.  In the morning after breakfast we head to Katse Dam for the guided dam wall tour and then travel on towards Semonkong where we will overnight at Ramabanta Trading Post. We will be camping once again. The next morning we will visit Semonkong Waterfall before making our way to Wepener for our last evening. Dinner bed and breakfast awaits us!!
Come and drive the “Roof of Africa” with us and experience Lesotho in all it’s splendour!!  Self-catering EXCEPT for the night at Lord Fraser Guesthouse.  Three nights of camping of which one is wild camping.  All this for only R 5 600pp sharing.  Single supplement is 50%.
